I needa start going to the gym again. I’m starting to gain weight! D: this is really affecting me & all this weight loss is really boosting my self-esteem. I’ve never felt this happy about my body for so long that I can’t stop now. My goal weight for the beginning of summer is to weigh between 165-175 & I KNOW I’m gonna make it. Right now I weigh 196 pounds. I don’t need anyone but myself to do this. Like I said before, I KNOW I’m gonna make it. Just watch. :}
